Upstream bumped the Mastodon API version, glitch-soc has an extra glitch version.
Bumped the Mastodon API version as upstream did.
Packs are now loaded from views, just like upstream, and are
identified by their filenames. The definition of `theme.yml` has
changed as such:
- `pack_directory` is now required
- `pack` is now unused
- `signed_in_preload` has been introduced
* Remove redundant asset preload
preloading these is already handled by glitch-soc theming system, meaning glitch packs get preloaded and if the user is signed in, vanilla packs.
The theming system preloads these unconditionally though.

Upstream changed the specs around `GITHUB_REPOSITORY`, while glitch-soc
had its own code because it's a fork and does not have the same default
source URL.
Took upstream's change, but with glitch-soc's repo as the default case.

Upstream dependencies textually too close to a glitch-soc only one.
Updated dependencies as upstream did.

- Add rake task for generating PNG icons and logos for e-mails from SVG

* Add honeypot fields to limit non-specialized spam
Add two honeypot fields: a fake website input and a fake password confirmation
one. The label/placeholder/aria-label tells not to fill them, and they are
hidden in CSS, so legitimate users should not fall into these.
This should cut down on some non-Mastodon-specific spambots.
